What should I get my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day?
I am 15, and he is 14. We have been dating for 4 months, and I honestly do not know what to get him! He likes acting, and use to play football. I just really don’t know what to get him! And I don’t have a lot of money, so something inexpensive would be great 
He is really into meaningful gifts, so I want to get him something romantic, and that he’ll love. Any ideas would be appreciated!

I have actually found the best selection of non-chocolate candy (Nerds, Gobstoppers, Hot Tamales, etc) at The Dollar Tree, and often give candy I pick up there as low cost birthday gifts for friends at work. Driving away a short-term dating partner is easy during this period, so you've made a good choice, season-wise. On the other hand, if you both realize you are dating with the idea of seeking a marriage partner eventually, then a simple gift……….oh, crap, let me cut to the chase. Do whatever you want but for heaven's sake don't go out to dinner with a group of friends and present him with some sparkly jewelry in front of everyone. And pray he doesn't do that to you. It's so obviously needy. I've been waiting to give this advice for two years or more. I have lovely gifts in the jewelry family from my long-time lover/husband/father of my daughters and grandfather to my grandson/daughter, but he's always presented these jewels to me privately or within the immediate family group (as in under a decorated tree on the morning of December 25). I encourage you do to the same; your friends can admire the sparkles when you wear them. Present them in private. Or you could go with the next suggestion, assuming you want more babies. (See Below)

if you want my advice, give him something that is useful for him such as a necklace, with something that shows your love to him such as a valentine card or a heart shaped "thingie". that way you will guarantee his satisfaction.

Once I gave my husband a dozen roses, and a mini-pictorial of our lives together, from dating, through children, and put little stickers on each photo describing what he means to me.. Such as thank you for loving me, being my best friend, being the first thing I see in the morning, and last thing I see at night (on a pic of him snoozing), for the family we planned, and the surprises you've given( on a photo of us at hospital with our surprise baby).. and so on.. he liked it, but he forgot the flowers at work, sometimes guys are just too macho for their own good. I have heard that many florist make up candy baskets, with salty and sweet snacks and sodas in it personalized for your boyfriends taste, I'd do that, but no balloons.. or they may get "left at work" too
Then when he gets home, play some of his favorite music and have dinner, or go out, for that matter, it's your Valentines Day too, and just enjoy each other for the rest of the evening

If you've been dating under 6 months, then get him something simple like cologne. If you've been dating for 6 months to a year, maybe a teddy bear in his favorite color. or, if you've been dating for over a year i have no idea. Sorry. Hope the other ones help, though.
