What are some highschool valentines day ideas?

Nothing too extreme, we both can’t drive. I’m a freshman and he’s a sophomore. So me and him are together and I want to do something really nice for valentines day. He never really is into girls so i’m like glad he actually likes me. But one time he liked this girl alot, they never dated but he like got her a huge teddy bear for valentines day and like 60 dollar chocolates and a bunch of balloons. Which makes me jealous? I just want to do something nice for him.

Im friends with his sister so she would help me out like if i need a ride or anything or to get to his house to surprise him or something by the way.

I dont know what to do? ):

    You can also get him some valentine’s gift and arrange a romantic dinner with him.
