Valentine’s Day mini company ideas?

In my school, this year, we have to do a mini-company. That is, we have to create a product or provide a service and organize and run everything about it. Part of what we hope to do is a Valentine’s service where we take orders for whatever and deliver them to the other schools in the local area and they can also just buy them off us. My question really is what we should do for this. We have some ideas already ( a "last rolo" like the add they had a few years ago, delivered love letters, balloons) but not many and we’re trying to come up with more. I turned to the internet for a bit of research, but it’s coming up useless. So does anyone have any ideas? We need them to be simple and cheap if at all possible. And these are teenagers.
