She is your fiancée. You are the fiancé.

Cook seafood. Something to be eaten with fingers. Something messy.

    Crab. or Lobster.

My boyfriend cooked me an amazing dinner recently. He bought a baugette and had the baker slice it into thin slices. Then he baked the slices with butter and parmesean cheese in the oven. He cooked ribeye and sliced it into small pieces. He put the steak atop the slices and put arugula as a garnish. On the remaining slices he put tomato slices with basil (brushetta). This was more of an appetizer. Then he made a warm spinach salad with bacon, bleu cheese, raspberries and walnuts. For our entree, we had panko fried lobster pieces. Such an amazing meal and I was super impressed.

A large tasting platter from which you can feed each other bites of tasty food. And heart-shaped cookies or chocolates afterwards.
