Old Valentines day gifts, keep or chuck?

I have gifts off my old girlfriend which she kinda made herself, we were together for 4 years but I am with someone else. They are not displayed or anything, not sure what to do with them and they still kinda make me smile. Not gonna give them back to her, thats just weird. PS Im in 20s

    If you want to forget about the ex, then throw the gifts away. Otherwise, they will always serve as a reminder about your time with her.
